FREELANCE/ PART TIME ( ADMIN – SECRETARY )

  • Screening Incoming Calls, Answering, Make a phone call & Take Note
  • Screening, Reply, any correspondence email
  • Using an Office Equipment (Fax, Scan, Copy)
  • Using, Typing in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Using Internet, Search engine
  • Handling Bill, Invoice
  • Handling correspondence task
  • Checking PostBox, Handling Post mail
  • Perform the Consulate duties
  • Perform indoor & outdoor duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Follow up duties as assigned

Working Hours: 10:00 to 16:00 (Tuesday & Friday)
( Start on 1 September 2017 )

  1. Good in Thai-English communicative
  2. Good in using Microsoft office, outlook, internet etc.
  3. Good in using an office equipment (Fax, Copy, Scan)
  4. Screening, Handling Telephone call, Email Correspondence
  5. Checking PostBox, Handling Mail Post
  6. Handling Bill, Invoice
  7. Active, efficient, hard worker, responsibility,
  8. Honest, respect, Good personality, Be positive
  9. Be able to work inside-outside the office
  10. Be able to work and handle multiple task
