FREELANCE/ PART TIME ( ADMIN – SECRETARY )
- Screening Incoming Calls, Answering, Make a phone call & Take Note
- Screening, Reply, any correspondence email
- Using an Office Equipment (Fax, Scan, Copy)
- Using, Typing in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Using Internet, Search engine
- Handling Bill, Invoice
- Handling correspondence task
- Checking PostBox, Handling Post mail
- Perform the Consulate duties
- Perform indoor & outdoor duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Follow up duties as assigned
Working Hours: 10:00 to 16:00 (Tuesday & Friday)
( Start on 1 September 2017 )

- Good in using Microsoft office, outlook, internet etc.
- Good in using an office equipment (Fax, Copy, Scan)
- Screening, Handling Telephone call, Email Correspondence

- Handling Bill, Invoice
- Active, efficient, hard worker, responsibility,
- Honest, respect, Good personality, Be positive
- Be able to work inside-outside the office
- Be able to work and handle multiple task
